2 Handed is the new revolution!As for any style, depending on your opinion and preference is going to decide which one you think is better. There are many pros and cons for either one, working with both I feel better and more confident throwing 2 handed then with only 1 hand. Either one you can develop consistency with as long as you practice, from there it's just about correct execution.
